Next Steps

For New Students

All new students are required to complete the following 3 steps. If you have any questions, please contact the student life department at studentlife@providencecc.edu

STEP 1: Pay Enrollment Deposit

Once you have been accepted to Providence, an enrollment deposit of $100 is required of all incoming students. This deposit serves to reserve class space and residential space (if applicable) and financial aid for an incoming student. The deposit is applied towards the housing deposit (for students living on campus) and tuition charges.

Deposits are due two weeks after the acceptance letter is received and are refundable by May 1.

After May 1, deposits are due two weeks after the financial aid award letter is received and are non-refundable.

You can pay your deposit online by clicking the “Pay Now” button below.

Medical Insurance and History

All full-time students are required to carry medical insurance coverage and must submit a copy of their insurance card. In addition, all students must complete the Medical History and Health Form. The Medical Minor Release Form is required only if you will not be 18 years of age by move-in.

Immunization Record

Please take note of the required vaccinations to attend Providence and complete the Immunization Record Form, or complete the Immunization Waiver Form if you choose not to comply with the immunization requirements. Exemptions to this requirement are allowed for medical reasons or personal beliefs.
