The Freshmen Class was crowned the winner of Resurgam 2019.
ResuRgam
Resurgam 2019 introduced a student-body wide academic competition at Providence Christian College. As an athletic, artistic, and academic competition, the two day event was held April 2-3 and demonstrated the student body’s full range of talent
and ability. Cohorts were made based
on student’s academic year, and the competition ranged across various events
including an Old Town Pasadena wide scavenger hunt, a debate tournament, fine arts presentations, and short films.
This year’s resurgam theme was Logos, a Greek word that means, speech, logic, and word, among other definitions. In Greek philosophy, it is associated with the integrating force that holds the universe
