Providence Christian College welcomes students from Kosin University in Busan, South Korea!
We offer Kosin students the unique opportunity to learn and study at Providence Christian College in Pasadena, California for our one-year study abroad program. You will receive a solid Christian education from a Reformed perspective, all while experiencing everything that Los Angeles has to offer! Learn more about Providence here!

Academic credits earned at Providence transfer back to Kosin. This opportunity is offered to you for the same cost as one year of tuition at Kosin University. Additional costs will be travel to and from Los Angeles, personal expenses, books, and one year of on-campus residence and student fees at Providence. The cost for one year of housing, meals, and fees at Providence is an estimated $12,000 USD. See Residence Hall Information for a description and photos of our halls and rooms.

  3. Proof of English Language Proficiency
    If English is not your native language or your secondary education was not conducted in English, you must demonstrate proficiency in English either by (1) a minimum IELTS band score of 7.0 (Academic or General Training) or by (2) a minimum TOEFL score of 563 (paper-based test), 223 (computer-based test), or 85 (web-based test). Students need a minimum of 21 on the writing portion and the reading portion of the web-based TOEFL. In addition to the TOEFL test, you would be required to have a telephone interview.
  4. Academic Reference
    Providence requires an academic reference from a teacher, counselor, or administrator who knows your academic abilities well.
